Villa 2 is the final property to be built in the complex of four houses overlooking the renowned Sperone Golf Club in Corsica. The contemporary exterior forgoes ornamentation to create a refreshing space nestled amongst the ancient olive trees and wild local vegetation for any holiday maker to enjoy.
This stunning modern villa comprises of two volumes, one containing the more public areas of the home for entertaining and the other the private areas such as bedrooms. These then connect via the entrance corridor that overlooks the rugged coastline.

We have made the most of the spectacular views the location provides by placing the glazing strategically throughout to create interesting views and invite the incredible landscape into the home. These were carefully thought out to capture different aspects of the surrounding terrains with the dining room window set at the specific height that affords diners the best views of the olive groves and the façade to sea being fully glazed.

As with our other villas on this site, we utilised local Bonifacio stone in its construction to pay homage to the local environment and historic architecture in the area. We coupled this with a wood cladding that is robust but will weather to give a more natural finish. With its shallow pitched roofs and eventual weathered finish, the Villa is intended to be concealed within its surroundings whilst making the most of its levels to achieve a wonderful view.
