Perched above the prestigious Sperone Golf Club on the southernmost tip of Corsica, Villa G is nestled amongst lush gardens and courtyards. We made the most of this incredible location with carefully thought-out landscaping to maximise views and encourage outdoor living. The grounds boast a vast 25m pool that stretches out towards the mature olive groves surrounding the property as well as including a variety of spaces to recline and enjoy the sunshine.
The project focussed on building a harmonious relationship between the structures and the existing environment. Choosing local stone and wood facades allowed us to reflect the terrain in the ancient olive groves beyond the gardens, as well as incorporating existing trees into the landscaping. This blurring of boundaries makes it feel as though you are one with the Corsican landscape, blending with the history and beauty of the location.
The villa interiors utilise clean lines and a neutral palette to create a luxurious modern space that is both refined and practical. The open plan living throughout welcomes nature into the villas with vast areas of glass and internal courtyards. Each villa is slightly different creating a characterful collection of accommodations.
