Georges, founder of Andraos Associates, co-founded ACH Architects with Inés and Matt. With extensive experience in Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Development Consulting, Georges has tackled design challenges across the UK and globally. His approach tailors each project to maximize its potential, from 5-star hotels to bespoke furniture, ensuring detailed, elegant, often surprising, and sometimes provocative solutions.

Georges specializes in large-scale residential, leisure, and commercial projects, from cutting-edge new builds to historic refurbishments. His diverse client base includes individuals and major companies such as hotel groups and airlines.

Inés qualified in architecture and Urbanism from the university of Buenos Aires. As part of her diploma, she trained in ENSA Paris-Malaquais, and she also holds a RIBA Part III qualification. She has worked on an array of new build and refurbishment projects across the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors in the UK and internationally. Inés has experience in diverse building approaches, including prefabricated new builds and Passivhaus design. Through her experience and background, she has developed a passion for delivering high quality, thoughtful design, with meticulous attention to detail. She particularly enjoys private residential projects.

Outside of work, Inés finds joy in cycling, drawing, and singing.

Matt studied Architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture for his Undergraduate and Masters Degrees, where he explored large-scale infrastructural interventions and latent connectivity. Matt worked in Transport and Masterplans for several years, designing airports, infrastructure and mixed-use neighbourhoods in the UK and abroad. Matt completed his Part III qualification and ran several high-end residential projects from conception to handover at Andraos Associates. Matts expertise lie in innovative concept design, nuanced detail ideas and project managing the design process. He co-founded ACH Architects with Ines and Georges.

Matt has always been passionate about art and art history and continues to paint.

Isaac is a designer and architectural assistant, having completed his Master’s at the Architectural Association, graduating in 2023. Between his studies, Isaac worked in Shanghai, Vietnam and London, contributing to different designs at various scales - from boutique storefronts to a university campus, developing and experimenting with his architectural language.

Outside architecture, Isaac likes to work between wood, sweat and dust. His DIY skills extend to; building a raised floor storage system from scratch, playing squash with both hands and you can often find him running along East London canal after work.

Luciana holds an Architectural degree from Belgrano University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From 2017 to 2024, she has thrived as an independent architect, specializing in Architectural Design and Project Management. Her expertise encompasses new-builds, extensions, and refurbishments of private residences, all underscored by her commitment to simplicity, innovation, and functionality while fostering a strong connection with the natural surroundings. Luciana's projects featured in prestigious architectural publications.

Additionally, she served as a Lecturer for The Heritage and Rehabilitation Course at the University of Belgrano from 2016 to 2022.

Sophie is an architectural assistant who completed her degree at The Bartlett School of Architecture in July 2024.

Her graduate project “The Campus of Poplar; An Allegorical Philosopher’s Library” focused on the innovative and sustainable use of traditional building materials, including timber and brick. A key aspect of the design was the incorporation of a recycled Tetra Pak cladding system which she developed during her Technical Dissertation.

Outside of architecture, Sophie enjoys attending dance classes as well as discovering new parts of London during long walks.
