Our Cap St. Georges project takes inspiration from the idyllic Cyprus coastline on which it’s built, intended to be a celebration of local materiality and modern design. We utilised local stone in the villas construction to allow them to blend seamlessly into the landscape whilst also bringing an element of the rugged seascape into the home.

The interiors are bright and airy utilising a natural colour scheme that compliments the stone. The main living area is pared back and minimal, taking an elevated approach to the classic seaside villa aesthetic. This space makes the views the hero framing the rugged coastline through the large, glazed panel and angled windows. Within the rest of the villa the more neutral base is brought to life with pops of colour within the furnishings that introduce rich purples and warming reds.
The villas combine modernity with regional building tradition, playing with local stone and whitewashed walls to create the façade of this contemporary design. The long stone walls stretch the width of the building creating an organised axis for both interior and exterior spaces as well as privacy from the neighbouring villas.
